• Lead data migration in the migration of SAP on-premises to SAP S/4HANA;

• Coordination of key users, ensuring efficient communication, activity tracking, and validation of data extractions;

• Oversight of the Data Cleansing process, working with responsible parties to identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring data quality for migration;

• Collaboration in the definition and execution of migration plans, focusing on the three types of loads: extraction, file composition, and direct (manual) loading;

• Coordination of cutover activities, ensuring seamless operational transition and minimizing interruptions;

• Management of migration cycles (Management of Change - MOC), including planning and data validation in three main phases to ensure quality and accuracy;

• Acting as a facilitator between business areas, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring problem resolution and meeting critical deadlines;

• Direct interaction with global teams (Accenture and Winsys) to validate data quality and address technical challenges during migration.

Renault Brazil:

• Managing business areas, ITSM, and suppliers for the development of the RFP for the selection of a ServiceDesk provider for the Renault Nissan Alliance;

• Daily meetings with Corporate to align global strategies for Renault;

• Designing and defining deliverables for the project of transitioning instances and user bases from the ServiceNow LATAM instance to the ServiceNow Global instance;

• Management of EUC/infrastructure and IT team for the Horse project.

Audi Brazil:

• Executive in business transformation – Digital, managing project teams, aiming the company's digital transformation;

• Managing business areas, IT, suppliers, and UI/UX team for website creation with React/Next.JS (Strapi) and also for core systems/Integration using Salesforce;

• Manage strategic relationships with the main solution providers, IT services, and other stakeholders;

• Co-creating part in new strategies, designs, and demands for IT teams;

• Application of new solutions and innovative technologies, aligned with the company's strategies for product differentiation, cost reduction, profit leverage, and legal demands.

• Assist Rhodia Solvay in technologies aimed at digital transformation, industry 4.0, and innovation, thus ensuring the correct use and application;

• Guide for users and applications demanding remote assistance glasses (Xpert Eyes) for Alpharetta (US) / Bristol (UK) / Paulínia (BR);

• Responsible for guiding additive manufacturing in Paulínia and Shanghai;

• Responsible for advancing the COBOTs theme in Solvay;

• Local support for IoT themes with corporate and a conection between specialized and lay workforce.
